Front Office
Our front office team members interact with current and new patients, greet patients as they enter the office, and answer patients’ questions.
Dental Assistants
Our dental assistants prepare exam rooms, disinfect and sterilize our dental tools and equipment, take patient X-rays, prepare impression materials and anesthetics, assist with billing and handling payments, order dental supplies, prepare dental exam tables, handle instruments during procedures, coach patients on oral health and care, and assist our dentists during procedures such as dental cleanings, dental fillings, dental crowns, and other treatments and services.
Dental Hygienists
Our dental hygienists are licensed dental employees who specialize in dental prevention through direct contact with our patients. They work directly with patients; remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth during dental cleanings; take and process X-rays; assess patients’ oral health and share details with the dentist; record treatments and procedures; document dental care plans; apply sealants and fluoride; and provide recommendations to patients on oral hygiene matters.
Dental Associates
Our dental associates develop suitable treatment plans for patients, keep an accurate record of all appointments, diagnoses, and treatments, and answer any questions patients may have. They also oversee the work of our technical and administrative staff and provide dental treatments to patients, including restorative dentistry services, dental therapy, and cosmetic treatments. Our dental associates educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, prescribe antibiotics and pain medications as required, and perform other tasks.
